Our Speakers

Cara Neff is Area Director, Sales & Distribution for Key Risk, a WR Berkley Company.  She has 25 years of experience in Safety, Risk Management and Workers Compensation Insurance.   She received her Bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University and holds a Master’s degree in occupational safety and health from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Cara has been with Key Risk for 8 years and currently supports their National Staffing Program.  Her expertise in workers compensation best practices has been instrumental in helping policyholders implement successful safety and risk management programs.

Michael Hayes is the Practice Leader for the Workers’ Compensation staffing program for Jimcor, a role he has had for three years. For 34 years he has worked in the insurance industry, 28 years have been exclusive to Workers’ Compensation. For the last 24 years he has worked exclusively in the temporary staffing arena and has managed and produced in excess of 100 million in Workers’ Compensation premium.

Kevin Kilcoyne, CIC, CRM, CSP, is the Director of Staffing Insurance with Barrow Group, LLC, which is a specialist in risk management and insurance program placement for the staffing industry. In addition, Kevin is an active board member with Georgia Staffing Association (GSA) and focuses on educational program development. In his role since 1999 with Barrow Group, Kevin’s focus has been continual financial, operational, and risk management improvement for his staffing client partners. In addition to procurement and management of insurance programs, Kevin utilizes a hands-on approach, including the development of interactive educational programs and customized analytics studies for his client partners to help them achieve best-in-class results.    The success of his clients is what truly brings him happiness.
