President's Message

Each day, staffing professionals across Georgia are tasked with helping people realize their goals. We are focused on understanding the experiences, challenges, and objectives of both the individuals who seek meaningful work and the businesses that need talented employees. This is a serious business. Our employees rely on us to match them with opportunities that directly impact their lives from the bills they pay, the healthcare they access, the skills they gain and the career paths they travel. Our employees trust us to act in their best interest and to take the time to understand their individual circumstances.

Our customers open their doors and let us into their world. They invest their precious time in our meetings. They share everything about their cultures, operations, products, services, challenges, and expectations. Our customers depend on us to fully understand their business and become an extension of their operation.

This is a great responsibility that rests upon the shoulders of staffing professionals. When we are successful people and business thrives. When we fail those who have trusted us fail as well.

The Georgia Staffing Association has been working since 1968 to build bridges between those who seek work and those who need talent. We build bridges between our industry and the government that regulates us. We build bridges between our members and the companies who provide products and services so they can meet the needs of their customers.

We are building a vibrant community to protect, preserve, and grow the staffing and recruiting industry in our Great State of Georgia. Our goal is to serve as a resource for staffing professionals and an advocate for the industry.
