Whether you are currently using social media or want to get started, this session will show you how to capitalize on social media and its many benefits and how to avoid its risks without letting it consume you.

Successful staffing professionals know their reputations, and that of their organization, have a direct relationship in building trust in the markets where they recruit (for).  However, the Internet and social media have changed the game. Most people can no longer rely solely on traditional media or face-to-face networking opportunities to build their business.

Our guest speakers will provide real-life examples, tips and tools on the platforms and practical applications for using social media to increase your organization’s awareness, build your personal brand and recruit the best candidates.  The session will include how to manage your digital footprint safely, easily and effectively; and how leveraging social media networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook to contribute to the success of your career.
