Michael Castro
Vice President of Compliance

Michael represents the legal frontline for the organization with over 14 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation field. He received his Juris Doctorate from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, is licensed to practice law in Florida, and is a member of the Florida Bar Worker’s Compensation Section. While in law school, Michael was a lost time adjuster for one of the largest third-party administrators in the United States and handled complex, litigated workers’ compensation claims. As an attorney for one of the largest workers’ compensation defense firms in Florida, Michael utilized his skills in identifying risks and interpreting the law to help guide clients through the complexities of the workers’ compensation system. He understands and anticipates the potential downstream legal ramifications of non-compliance. As an attorney, he routinely conducted continuing education unit lectures to assist clients in using best practices to avoid those risks.

Vice President of Claims

A seasoned expert in litigation management, workers compensation and employee benefits, Michael leads the strategic development and continuous improvement of our Claims Management Program. He has over 15 years of industry experience working with Fortune 500 companies as well as small, midsize, and large cap Staffing Agencies and PEOs. Michael possesses the keen insight into the claims process and know how to harness today’s most powerful technology to drive claims to better outcomes.
