Join us as we welcome Lucas Rice, Founder, Battlefield to Boardroom, a leadership consulting company postured to help military members quickly transition to corporate America and navigate the challenges that are unfamiliar in the new role.

COL Rice began his service in 1988 enlisting through Ft. Monmouth, NJ. At West Point, Lucas served as First Sergeant, Company Commander, and 2‐time team MVP for the Men's Soccer team. Graduating in 1993 and branching Aviation, COL Rice served at Ft. Campbell (Platoon Leader and Personnel Officer, South Korea (Logistics Officer and Troop Commander), and back to Ft. Rucker (Operations Officer and AH‐64 Apache Helicopter Instructor Pilot). Following a break in service, COL Rice joined the GA ARNG where he still currently serves today.

Lucas began his civilian career at GE Energy, and quickly transitioned into Leadership and Execution Consulting. After several years, Lucas moved into Design/Build Construction, including work in ethanol, higher education, and pharmaceuticals. Lucas moved up to the level of regional management and then moved into his most recent role as the COO/EVP for an international engineering and manufacturing company.

Lucas is married to Stephanie Rice, also a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Stephanie also flew helicopters on active duty for nine years, then transitioned to corporate America eventually becoming self‐employed and a business owner. She has been in business as Owner and President for 13 years. Together they have 4 children and have lived in Atlanta, GA for 19 years.
