Tracey Klein has been a consulting and implementation thought leader in the industry for over 20 years. She provides complex global companies with revolutionizing approaches to the internal and external management of their Workforce Management Solutions.

As the Executive Director at Allegis Group Services, Tracey lends her heightened industry knowledge to every client engagement. The foundation of Tracey’s unique value-add is her keen sense to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Furthermore, her personable, diplomatic and even calming approach to project management makes every client’s experience remarkable.

Previous to Allegis Group Services, Tracey served as the Vice President of Strategic Account Management and was the go-to person for VMS implementation at Adecco.  She managed and crafted solutions for the company’s most vital clients. Tracey matured the organization’s service offerings and invented the manner in which Adecco, both internally and externally, managed VMS client engagements.

In 2008, Tracey’s proclivity toward entrepreneurialism led her to co-founding Navigo Solutions. At Navigo, Tracey provided clients with the paramount service and business solutions, in which she has become known for, industry-wide.

Tracey is known as a turnaround manager with the proven ability to assess a variety of situations and implement process improvements to achieve increased sales and service. She holds a reputation as a top performer focused on customer satisfaction and outstanding service.

Tracey earned a business management degree from the University of Georgia’s, Terry College of Business, in Athens, GA.
