Our Presenters

Becki Bushman
Specialty Claims Supervisor

Becki has an extensive background in workers’ comp claims.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from UNC-Wilmington and has been with Key Risk for 12 years.  She started with Key Risk as a Sr. Claims Representative and was promoted to Specialty Claims Supervisor in 2020.  She currently supervises a team of adjusters and works closely managing the relationships with our third-party administrators and sister companies.


Todd Surbeck
Sr. Risk Management Specialist

Todd is a Senior Risk Manager with Key Risk who works daily with our clients to put systems and programs in place to further grow their health and safety programs while reducing losses and improving productivity, which in return makes the businesses he interacts with more profitable and allows their employees to lead quality lives both at work and at home. Todd joined the Key Risk family after several years working in the transportation and logistics field. His background also includes working in manufacturing, construction, aviation and health industries in different health and safety roles. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia Southern University in Occupational Safety and Health and is a certified Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician.


Rodney Taylor
Client Experience Manager

Rodney has been in the workers’ comp insurance industry since 2000.  He has an extensive background in workers’ comp claims and has been with Key Risk since 2015.  He started with Key Risk as a Client Service Executive and was promoted to Client Experience Manager in 2019.  He works with clients to provide oversight and management of their overall workers’ comp program from a claims and risk management standpoint.  Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Business Marketing as well as several insurance designations to include CPCU, ARM, and AIC.
